Continental Rewards Mechanics and Terms & Conditions
PURPOSE:
- The Continental GEMS Employee Rewards and Recognition Program is built and run to recognize the performance of employees and reward outstanding work and commitment to excellence.
ELIGIBILITY
- Any employee in good standing and enrolled by HR into the platform are eligible to participate, earn points, and redeem rewards.
- Employees will be enrolled by HR on the Employee Rewards platform.
MECHANICS
- Earn points and redeem rewards through performance goals attainment. The more employees perform, the more points they earn and get bigger rewards.
- Awarding of points and redemption of rewards using the points will be subject to HR policies and good standing of the employee.
AWARDING OF POINTS
- The GEMS employee program awards points to employees with the best performance and KPIs
- HR will update the KPI results of each employee. Managers will select the employee who will be awarded monthly. Another panel will select quarterly and yearly awardees.
- Points will be credited to each awardee by HR. Employees will receive an email when they get new points.
- Points earned are to be used to redeem rewards.
- Points earned are non-transferable.
REDEMPTION OF REWARD
- Rewards can be redeemed online in the Employee Rewards platform. Each item will have required points to be redeemed. If the employee has enough points, then he/she can redeem the item.
- Physical rewards are delivered to the address you specify in the checkout page. It takes 7 business days for a Metro Manila address and 12 business days for provincial locations.
- Rewards may be delivered to someone else (please specify during checkout). Ensure the recipient knows the redeemed item is coming/about to be delivered and is available to receive the reward.
- Digital rewards will not require a delivery address. Digital rewards will be sent to your Rewards account via a downloadable PDF file (for example, travel voucher) OR direct to your external merchant account (Autosweep RFID, etc.).
IMPORTANT MATTERS
- All online transactions and redemptions are final.
- All points are valid for redemption until Dec 31 only. After Dec 31, points will expire and cannot be used for redemption.
